I fixed the problem by manually going into the table and filling in a
dummy. Then I could delete it. Apparently the title either never saved
when I recreated the page or when the original delete failed it deleted
only the title. I don't know how it got in the wacky state with no title.

Hi Daryl,
we also got these, but right now I cannot reproduce. If you know in
which situation this occurs, please open a JIRA issue
(http://www.jahia.net/jira).
Otherwise I once managed to delete it by selecting the action "Notify
completed pages" in Workflow and selecting the deleted page. Then you
open wotkflow again and with action "Approve Pending Pages" you select
the second radiobutton at the entry with the deleted page. Then you
can access the page again and you can either fix the problem or just
try to delete the page again. Then you should ONLY approve the deleted
page and no parent pages. Worked for me.

I tried to remove a page that I had created. When I workflowed the
change now there is a red X icon next to the page. When I click on
the page I get the following message:
[*ContentPage_13 *] - Languages: '*English*': Cannot validate page
since it has an empty title in live or edit mode for this language
How can I remove this page from the database. I'm running Jahia
5.0.1 and MySQL 5.0
