Hi,

its always good to ask. Some features are already there, we are just behind
with some documentation. It depends on which version of Jahia you are using.
Jahia 5 already supports and Jahia 4.2 will support to set a value in the
page-field definition, which looks like this:

value="<[Simple,Double] pageonly, move>"

That way the editor will only be able to choose between the templates named
"Simple" and "Double", and the options wil only be to either create or move
a page. In Jahia 5 the templates are not taken into account, when you then
click on "move", you will still get all pages. In Jahia 4.2 and either in
Jahia 5.1 or in a forthcoming 5.0 SP, you will also on "move" and "link"
only be able to move or link those pages, who are based on the templates
"Simple" and "Double".

In Jahia 4.2 and Jahia 5.1 you will also be able to set a PageFilter object
to a page field definition, where you can define your own logic, which pages
should be moved or linked - not only based on the template name, but perhaps
just a specific part of your page tree.

Greetings,
Benjamin
