If you are using Jahia 5.0+ you can use the new XML import/export tool.

Just create a page with an urlKey and the
container you want. Then make an export of this
page (from the parent menu container). Finally
you can edit the XML file, modify it and reupload
it (import menu) in order to insert new content.
You can also dynamically import content by just
deploying this content in the WebDAV server
(according to a custom syntax - please tell me if
you are interested by such a thing).

Cheers,
Stéphane
