Are you sure that your DB is correctly setup in order to support UTF8?

Hi,
I use FCK editor to edit BigText fields, but
after saving, some of latin chars are converted
to entities (á, í, ý), but
others remain in original form (UTF-8).
I setted FCKConfig.ProcessHTMLEntities,
FCKConfig.IncludeLatinEntities,
FCKConfig.IncludeGreekEntities to false in
fckconfig.js, and write the value using
<bean:write name=content filter=false /> but the output is still converted.
Any idea, where should it be converted.
