Hi,

I checked the tomcat/conf/web.xml and i've seen that the attribute
"developpement" was set to "false". I put "true" and it works fine

I work on a fresh 4.2 jahia installation, so this parameter is set to false in
your distribution, so there is an inconsistence between the jahia versions.
Maybe you should alert people on that.

Hi everybody,

I got a strange behavior with jahia 4.2.
It seems that the cache is always "on" on this version.
If I edit a jsp, for instance home.jsp, and if I access the page with
"/cache/off" in the url, I can't see the modification I brought. In
other jahia versions (4.1, 5.0) it works perfectly, the jsp is compiled
and I see my modification.

I use the 4.2 version downloadable on your website.

Have you an idea?

Best regards

Guillaume Kuhmel

Hi,

What is the value of the development attribute in jsp servlet path in
tomcat/conf/web.xml ?

Philippe.
