Hi, I sent a message out to the list about this a week ago but it seems
no one was interested.  The fix seems to be taking this code in the
plugin file:

@date = (split(/(?:\/| |:|-)/, $time))[2,1,0,3..5];

and adding on the next line:

@date = (@date, 0, 0, -1);

Currently this bug only seems to happen while you're not in daylight
savings, and this should make it work in either case.
