Hello, all.
I've battered my head against the wall trying to get around this problem
and not have to come to the list, but I'm at wit's end now.
I've tried both 2.04 and the new 2.05 versions. This is on a SunOS 5.7
(Sparc Solaris). I do not have root access, so I'm trying to install to
a local directory. I don't have access to CPAN module or a VCPAN that
I've heard of. I have to install by tarball. I have utterly no idea
what's causing this now (exhausted all things I could think of trying on
my end). Odd thing is, I had tt2 (a version from about 5 months ago or
so) and it was running/installed fine.
I'm running into this problem when
"perl Makefile.PL TT_PREFIX=/opt2/home3/theoretic/perl"
is run.
This is also happening with a couple of other perl modules I'm trying to
install.
