So where would I use a MACRO vs. INCLUDE? And how does a MACRO differ from 
a BLOCK anyway? I'll readily admit that I'm not 100% up to speed on the 
more esoteric portions of TT. I'm assuming that MACROs tend to be defined 
in a file where they will be used, where INCLUDEs tend to be separate files 
which are used in multiple places?
