Hi, I developing some desktop content manager. The target of this software are small to medium sites for which a server based content manager is too much of overhead. It is written in Perl and based on Template Toolkit. For now it is in some pre-alfa state that means some prototype working on Unix and Windows, but for Windows rather complicated installation process.
