Yes, I looked at it some time ago.  It's good for the collaborative part,
but you're basically stuck with the interface they provide for you.  I 
want to be able to customise the look and feel of the FAQ so that it 
fits in with the rest of the documentation and tt2.org site.

Also, the FAQ-O-Matic content is stored in an "internal", non-standard 
format (well, it was last time I looked, I assume they haven't changed
it).  It's not particularly easy easy to extract it for incorporating 
into other documents.  

Although XML is harder to work with, it does have the benefit of being real
easy to transform it and generally mess around with it.
