DBI is nice in some cases. I have some static pages that are updated a few times a day from cron and use ttree to regenerate. But I wanted to ask about CGI -- is it the HTML generation or Form generation that you refer to? If forms... I go back and forth on using CGI in the templates vs. running the forms through HTML::FillInForm.
