[Templates] TT featuring in Practical mod_perl

Andy has also written a "Template Toolkit with mod_perl" chapter for the 
"Practical mod_perl" book, which has just been published. We will have all the 
info soonish at http://modperlbook.org/, including the source code that comes 
with Andy's chapter (and all the other chapters).

Thanks a lot Andy, for this contribution! Finally I have a gread reason to buy 
Andy a big jar of a beer ;)
