Nope.

Apache::Template relies very heavily on Apache 1.3's configration API,
which has changed radically with Apache 2.0.  There has been some talk
of porting it to Apache 2, but the problem always arised of how to
support both versions of mod_perl, since the installation and
configuration is so different.
