I'm seeing some curious test behaviors, but I don't know if they are
new to 2.12/2.12a. They don't appear to be anything serious; I just
though I'd mention them.

I usually skip the DBI tests, but decided not to now. I have a test
database in mysql called 'test' with a user 'test' (no password) set
up to access it. I give all this info as answers during the perl
Makefile.PL part of installation. The 'make test' failure I'm
getting is this:

t/dbi............ok 13/63Template process failed: DBI error - DBI connect failed:
Unknown MySQL Server Host 'test' (1)
FAILED 14: - template text 6 process FAILED: [% USE dbi -%]\n[% dbi.connect(da...
t/dbi............NOK 14FAILED 15: - (obviously did not match expected)
t/dbi............FAILED tests 14-15
        Failed 2/63 tests, 96.83% okay

The line that is failing in t/dbi.t is line 243:

  [% dbi.connect(database=dsn, user=user, pass=pass ChopBlanks=1) -%]

I find that if I change the line to:

  [% dbi.connect(dsn=dsn, user=user, pass=pass ChopBlanks=1) -%]

then the test passes. But looking at lib/Template/Plugin/DBI.pm, I
see that database and dsn are synonyms. So I am confused. Like I
said, it isn't serious, because I can just avoid connecting with
'database=dsn' in my templates. But it does seem strange to me.

One other strange thing is that all my GD tests get skipped because
it says I don't have GD modules installed. But I do have them all
installed (and all the latest versions of each). I'm not sure why
the install wants to skip the GD tests on my system. Any ideas?
FWIW, I ran all the GD tests manually (using 'perl t/gd.t', etc.)
and they all passed.

My config:
  FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE
  perl 5.8.0
  Template Toolkit 2.12
  DBI 1.40
  DBD::mysql 2.9003

Thanks again for the fabulous Template Toolkit! And thanks to Dave,
Darren and Andy for writing the shiny new book on my shelf!
