That's funny. Those are the exact same errors that I was getting that
the patch fixed. Are you sure the patch was applied correctly?
Line 85 of lib/Inline/TT.pm should read:
\$Context->visit(\$Doc, \$Doc->{_DEFBLOCKS});
The new first argument, "\$Doc", is what has been added.
