[Templates] t/dbi............Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or ,string at t/dbi.t line 64.

This problem seems to be caused by t/dbi_test.cfg containing a bad data 
source name:
  $dsn  = 'dbi:mysql:test';
It is fixed if I manually patch it to be
  $dsn  = 'dbi:mysql:database=test';
