Andy,
TT3 provides a way around this with the TT_get($key) and TT_set($key, $value) methods. You can provide these for your objects to handle the mapping to
internal methods.
That sounds pretty cool. That would solve my problem as well.
However, do you disagree that this could be patched in TT2 pretty trivially? If I'm missing something big here, I should probably figure that out before I get in the middle of it ...
