Sam Vilain (who seems to work on it more than I do) has sent me another
patch for tt-mode.el[1]. Sam says:
I've updated TT mode to be a little bit better again. multi-line TT
sections (up to 13 lines or so ... ?), and keywords that follow
semicolons should now be highlighted - also [% variable %] is
formatted differently to [% variable - expression %]
