thanks for the answers - within this group and private ones ...
Found out the problem-source:
Someone, who who didn't know what he does (in other words: myself ;-) )
installed TemplateToolkit2 and the experimental TT3 ...
This ended up in a complete mess - including the results described below.
Deinstalling both and reinstalling TT2 again solves all my problems ... :-)
