In response to Dave Cross's error report about the packaging of version
2.16 of Template-Latex I have released version 2.17. This should help
those automatically building the Template-Latex package.
The changes in this version are:
* make Template-Latex depend on version 2.15 of Template (rather than
2.16, which has not yet been released)
* changes to t/plugin.t to omit its first test if $Template::VERSION <
2.16, so that the test suite passes with earlier versions of TT2 (the
first test in this file checks that the latex filter is unavailable if
the plugin has not been loaded; however the latex filter is provided as
standard by Template::Filters in earlier version of TT2).
* also add a Changes and a TODO file
The new release has been uploaded to CPAN and is also available at
http://andrew-ford.com/perl/Template-Latex-2.17.tar.gz
