So here is what I get when I run the below command: C:\downloads\Template-Toolkit-2.19>perl -MTemplate -e1 Can't locate Template.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib C:/Perl/site/lib .) . BEGIN failed--compilation aborted.
