Here is what I have done so far:
When I run the ppm I get:
ppm> install Template-Toolkit
Note: Package 'Template-Toolkit' is already installed.
ppm>
and when I do this:
C:\downloads\Template-Toolkit-2.19>perl -MTemplate -e1
I get:
Can't locate Template.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib
C:/Perl/site/lib .) .
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted.
So that is where I am.... still lost and confused.

Why are you building the module? Can't you just install it using PPM?
