Morning All,

There's a minor buglet in recent versions of Strawberry Perl that's causing
one of the TT2 tests to fail on Windows. TT2 itself works fine - the failure
is unrelated to anything that TT2 is doing. ActivePerl isn't affected.

So I need to release a new version fairly pronto to stop this test from
failing or I'll have Adam Kennedy chasing me around CPAN with a large meat
cleaver :-)

I've got five outstanding patches/issues tagged red in my TT inbox. Are there
any that I've missed?
