Hi guys,
 I have a link,
"http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com.au%2Fws%2FeBayISAPI.dll%3FViewItem%26ssPageName%3DSTR
K%3AMEWAX%3AIT%26item%3D250419610933" which I would like to display as a
hyperlink in a TT
toolkit template.

For example,
=========

<a
href="http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com.au%2Fws%2FeBayISAPI.dll%3FViewItem%26ssPageName%3
DSTRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT%26item%3D250419610933" target="_blank">
<img src="/images/logo.gif" border="0"/>
</a>

In my source code,

using "| uri"
===========
  - passes W3C validation
  - BUT causes the url to be un-usable (ie the link doesn't bring me to the
right place (the ebay
place) )
  - Here is what it looks like

 <a
href="http%3A%2F%2Fwww.realestate.com.au%2Fcgi-bin%2Frsearch%3Fa%3Ds%26cu%3Dfn-
rea%26s%3Dvic%26ss%3D%26ag%3D%26t%3Dres%26snf%3Drbs%26chk%3D0%26lead%3D%2
6ty%3D%26searchFormSource%3Dadvanced%2Bsearch%26tb%3Dsouthbank%26u%3DSOUTHBAN
K%26pm%3D%26px%3D400000%26pme%3Dany%26pxe%3D400000%26cat%3D%26o%3Ddef"
target="_blank">

using "| url"
===========
  - fails W3C validation with the error below. W3C validator just doesn't like
the special characters
here.
 ---------------------------------- start
Error Line 1302, Column 127: general entity "ss" not defined and no default
entity

…cgi-bin/rsearch?a=s&cu=fn-rea&s=vic&ss=&ag=&t=res&snf=rbs&chk=0&lead=&ty=&sea

 ---------------------------------- end

  - works just fine on my interface as clicking on the link brings me to the
right place (the ebay
place)

hence, my question is, which substitution filter do I use?

thank you :)
