I can confirm that. If I run the test code with the pure-perl stash it
works as intended (Ubuntu 8.04.2 x64).

What is strange, is that I have a report that confirms that the XS
stash, 64-bit and CentOS works.

I've also run the program with DEBUG => 'all' and included the results
in the README. Hopefully someone can make sense of it.

I've updated the repository with my latest findings.
