I take it your speaking only of embedding perl code directly in
pages, or placeholders as well?

Is this needed for TT's placeholders or just the (raw)perl blocks as
this page mentions? I don't really care about placing perl code on
the pages if placeholders would do the same thing. So, I guess my
question is, can TT's placeholders be embedded on HTML pages that are
not under the cgi-bin directory, ala PHP? If so, is there example
code that someone could point me towards?
