Like Perl, Template's FOR and FOREACH are interchangeable, and represent
the Perl "foreach" (iterate a variable through a list).  There doesn't
appear to be an equivalent to the 3-arg Perl "for" statement, although
for the common cases, you can just do the math:

  [% FOR n IN [1..10]; ... ; END %]
