Thanks, that helped! I did yum install perl-XML-RSS and then cpan
Template::Plugin::XML::DOM, and this time it succeeded and TT now
processes my project again.
I had done yum install perl-XML-DOM earlier, and then switched to
cpan after TT still complained about a missing plugin.
