... well that was closer but not the follow on hoped for. Guessing the
missing element is the [Templates] prefix although that was not part of
the original subject.
I will be disappointed, but not surprised, If this starts a new thread,
"[Templates] [Templates] Feature Request: throwing an exception when
assigning to the CONSTANTS hash"
