Pagan Festival Call for Altar Artists/Builders
Volunteer to be and Altar Artists/Builders
The Pagan alliance is in search of Altar artists for the May 7th Pagan Festival (formally know as the Interfaith Pagan Pride Parade and Celebration). We are looking for artist, novice or experienced individuals or groups to build directional altars the day of the event. So come out and show off your creativity and spirit!
We work with a tremendously diverse community; people form all walks of life, religions, ethnicities and genders. We are GLBT friendly and welcome those who are open minded, tolerant and communicative.

The Festivals theme is Weaving Traditions, and we would like to have the altars reflect that in some way.
Stuff you need to know
The Site: Is outdoors at the civic center park in Berkeley. On the grass No power
Logistics: Artist will design, build and install their altars. Tables can be provided. Space is about 3�x4�. No Candles. This event is during daylight hours. Participants will be walking all around it. Set up is between 6 am and 10am May 7th, 2005. Take down is After 5pm same day. Every thing you bring must leave with you.
