SHOW TITLE: 8th Annual One Night Stand: A single evening of
performances and art in celebration of the human body and an
exploration of sexuality through NUDE, EROTIC and FETISH imagery and
themes. Proceeds to benefit San Francisco Sex Information and San
Francisco Artists Resource Center

LOCATION: SOMARTS Cultural Center, Bay Gallery

SUBMISSION FEE: $15 for 3 submissions.

SUBMISSION GUIDE LINES: Each artist may submit 1 - 3 images for
consideration. Work in ALL MEDIA AND STYLES, INCLUDING SCULPTURE,
will be considered. No size limits. Submissions can explore:
The human form from either an erotic or non-erotic perspective
Fetishes/paraphilias (paraphernalia and practices)
The physical expression of sexuality/sensuality (i.e., tantric and
other sensual practices and beliefs, sexual positions, sexual
lifestyles)
Cultural or philosophical beliefs about sex, sexuality and the body
(i.e., courtship and dating rituals, power dynamics, gender roles)
Emotions and feelings related to or arising from expression of our
sexual and/or erotic selves (i.e., love, passion, desire, etc.)
IMAGE SUBMISSION
These formats are acceptable for image review: jpeg, TIFF, CD,
slide, link to web page, reference to website, in person presentation
Emailed images for review must be low-res (72 dpi) files, no larger
than 800 by 600 pixels, and under 1mb per image uncompressed. Each
image should be sent in JPEG format as an individual attachment to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Otherwise, if you do not have a slide or
digital image to send, you will need to coordinate a time with the
curator for a presentation at the ARTworkSF office (only submissions
viewed during the presentation will be considered for the show -
i.e., NO SUBSTITUTES).
