No issues at all with a Lion upgrade. Both Terascript and Terascribe install/run with no problem.
If you are moving to a new computer as well, you will need to be sure that the Java installation is done first, and that you have all the correct JDBC drivers in the appropriate place (though you'd need to do so for any new computer w Snow Leopard, too.)
