The Message Block method is the more common way to get a list. Use “1” as the start message and say “100” in the number of messages to retrieve the first 100 messages – you can then increment those values to walk through the mail box. The Message IDs field allows for a list of IDs. I think it can take a text list, like comma delimited, or a 1 column array variable name.
