Version 7 will contain a switch to use ANSI SQL joins – we just coded this functionality and are going through testing now. ETA is few months.

I know that in SQL Server 2005, with Witango Server 5.5, I had to set a backward compatibility setting so that Witango would run without the need to modify all outer joins to turn them into Direct DBMS actions. That backward-compatibility setting may not be available in newer versions of SQL Server, and I have a client planning to upgrade SQL Server soon. Thanks. _____ To unsubscribe from this list, please send an email to [email protected] with "unsubscribe terascript-talk" in the body. ---------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this list, please send an email to [email protected] with "unsubscribe terascript-talk" in the body.
