We have developed an extraordinarily easy method to have Witango / Terascript do nearly all of the Ajax heavy lifting - doesn't require any JS skills, etc.
We're using a tcf and custom tags and some script libraries. I'd be happy to share the tcfs / custom tags and our how-to. On the other hand, if you want to learn the "real" Ajax methods, then this wouldn't help you. 8) We've entirely migrated to Terascribe, but still can save out as 5.5 files if need be.
