Due to the handling of multi-byte character sets (Unicode) TeraScript 8 will be the first version to provide support for all languages through the UTF-8 character set.
In versions of the product previous to version 8, it is possible to support other versions of ISO-8859, although this would be easier if I added a language selector to TeraScribe so that the TAFs could be saved in the native charset. In theory Witango and TeraScript < 8 could be made to work with any single-byte character set. That said, that’s really only solving the problem of processing specific character sets. To fully internationalize your application would take some work. And if so, what versions support it and what is the setup/configuration?
