Thanks for the reply. The only difference for us is that the java files are
installed in a different path
C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Java\\jre7\\bin\\client
versus
C:\\Program Files\\Java\\jre7\\bin\\server\\jvm.dll

I have not used java much, so maybe we have it installed in the wrong place
/ version?
