Bill,

On a 64-bit Windows system, the DSN needs to be created using the 64-bit ODBC 
administrator (since TeraScript Server is 64-bit) and under the System tab.

It’s likely that you need to have the 64-bit version of Access installed so 
that the 64-bit ODBC drivers are installed.

This looks like what you need for Access 2010:

Subject: TeraScript-Talk: Using Access with Terascript Server 7

We are migrating our sites to Terascript Server 7 and am having problems with 
sites that use ODBC/Access. I can setup the ODBC sources and see them in the 
editor but can't get the server to recognize the connections. No issues using 
MSSQL.
