That file is the COM handler. The filename stands for:
W = Windows S = Server H = Handler CM = COM 501 = version 5.0.1 The 20/12/2006 date was the last official 5.5 release, numbered 5.5.020. The 4/4/2007 date was the release of 5.5.025, which is a version of 5.5 which can run TAFs saved from the new 6.0 studio. This was released in conjunction with the studio 6.0 beta.
