You would really have to give more information I believe for someone to help.
1. Is this the same server that was hacked before? 2. Was the server totally cleaned with new OS and new certificate when it was hacked? 3. How do you know it was hacked? What signs? 4. Was the ssl3.0 hack also with the Entrust certificate body? 5. Did you confirm with Authorize.net if they made any recent changes. They like everyone else need to make changes to keep up with potential security flaws. 6. I would ask the same of your certificate provider Entrust. I would like to help more but I would first try my #5 and 6, and if they don't know or have information please post answers to the other questions.
