The Lua executable doesn’t need to be installed anywhere in particular. You 
can just pop lua.exe into the zip file and tell them to run `lua yourfile.lua`.

I will say, having had worked devops for 3 years, that is a horrible workflow. 
I really suggest that you talk to them and help improve both their workflow and 
your own.
