Currently, powertop(1) reads /etc/power.conf and suggests that the user enable
power management if it's disabled. With the integration of support for deep
c-states in build 111, a new keyword for deep c-state support was introduced.
We should include a suggestion for this new keyword, allowing the user to turn
support for deep c-states ON if it's disabled.
