I've just populated the ptop-core repository which contains only the 
source code for PowerTOP as we had discussed a few weeks ago.

I suggest we move the development to this repository, but pushing 
changesets for both ptop-core and ptop-full. Cloning ptop-core takes 
around 3 seconds :) I didn't included any lint suppression directives in 
the Makefiles, so now we have even more information.
