With the submitted bug fix for 3468 ("PowerTOP shows zeroed data after
suspend/resume"), powertop behaves poorly in the case that someone holds down
the 'r' key. Previously, powertop would refresh the screen as quickly as
possible. With this bug fix, powertop will hang and appear to be in an
unkillable state.
