hg log in a child of hpet_pcplusmp(which is a child of cpupm-gate)
shows the onnv_97 sync was in changeset 7413. This is different
from 7367. :-(

The bi-weekly gate closes Monday night PST, so changeset 7412
committed at "Mon Aug 18 23:45:36" seems normal?

I have not checked the PAD gates log history.
