Hi Aubrey, All development will be done in the pad-gate from now until integration. Our plan is to integrate Deep C-States with PAD. :-) If that plan changes, we can pull just the C-State changes back into hpet_pcplusmp or cpupm-gate.
By the way, this push allows a full nightly build of pad-gate to create cpio archives. Previously cpio archive creation failed due to a missing package rule for the new cpu_pm.h header file.
