Hi,

The HPET driving code has been pushed into the tesla
hpet_pcplusmp repository. There is a README in the
workspace base directory that is also attached to this email.

The code works well enough for others to experiment with.
I plan to work on other prototype work before doing more
with the HPET work. There are several ways to implement
this, and I am not attached to any one implementation.
There is more work to do on interrupt binding to cpu,
interrupt vector selection, suspend/resume, future MSI
support, removing chatty-ness, etc. If anyone has any
improvements please let me know ... or better yet
implement them.

The workspace is currently being brought over and
build verified.

Regards,
Bill
