[tesla-dev] powertop probes integrated into snv_82

I integrated the probes for PowerTop last Friday into Nevada. I'll work 
on syncing the PowerTop repo with build 82 once the souce snapshot 
becomes available, and will make some stand alone packages available for 
download from the project page... :)
