PowerTOP will work if more than one option/value pair are provided on the
command line for the same option.  For example, the following command works and
PowerTOP uses the last value supplied (4):

# powertop -t 1 -t 2 -t 3 -t 4

The same holds true for -d as well as combinations of -d and -t.  To avoid
confusion, PowerTOP should work only if one instance of -t and/or -d are
supplied.
