There is code in powerd to look for "Preferred_PM_Profile", however,
it is unreliable as this field is misused or misunderstood (there are
instances of "Desktop" for rack mounted servers, though it could also
be that Windows is requiring this return value, which wouldn't
surprise me as we have also identified Windowisms in BIOS's).
So in theory, we could auto enable CPU power management based on
"Preferred_PM_Profile" (we are going to auto enable suspend and resume
based on manufacturer, model, and Preferred_PM_Profile).
